Minnesota Board of Teaching retreats to discuss new licensing system

The Minnesota Board of Teaching will hold its final annual retreat on a small farm in the rural southwestern part of the state.

Before the board is dissolved at the end of the year, its retreat and regular monthly meeting scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday will be held outside the tiny town of Avoca, according to the board’s website. The farm is about 30 miles north of Worthington.
