Madie Spartz
Madie helps EdAllies advance education policies that are data-informed and grounded in high-quality research and best practices. She recently completed a Master's degree in Public Affairs at the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas. Prior to joining the team at EdAllies, Madie was a Policy Research Fellow at a public education advocacy organization in Austin. Before she made the shift to education policy, Madie worked as an educator in college access organizations in the Twin Cities and Boston. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Gender, Women, and Sexuality studies from the University of Minnesota. In her free time, you can find Madie reading fiction, honing her cooking skills, or playing fetch with her dog Sadie.
